Using your sending email address as an identifier, SMTP.com's servers recognize you immediately, check your status in our database, and deliver your email within seconds. Since we have our own authentication system, you have practically nothing else to do besides type "smtp.com" into your settings. And you won't have to worry about whether your email got lost in cyberspace, or if it will get returned to you the next day. We guarantee delivery, and you can click on "Account" at any time to track your email usage in detail, in case you need to keep a receipt or verify delivery.

What about spammers - won't they try to take advantage of the system? Just let them try. Our strict anti-spam policy eradicates spammers on the spot, and ensures that no ISP blacklists our servers. How does this help you? It makes sure that any domain you send email to will recognize our server name, and allow your email to go through without so much as a hitch.

SMTP.com has various types of plans, designed to accommodate every one of our customers' needs. The business plans, from Economy to Executive, created for businesspeople and those of us who send a fair amount of email daily, allows for various relay limits and lengths of subscription, for optimal flexibility to fit your needs. The Family Plan is for those customers whose personal needs do not have as high a demand for email traffic, yet still require the ease of sending email that SMTP.com provides. (Please note that one relay is equivalent to one email recipient. This means that if you are sending out a message with three people in the "To" field and two more people in the "Cc" field, for example, it will count as five relays.)

Business Plans: Economy, Standard, Premium & Executive Plans

With four types of Business Plans, you can choose from 50 to 600 daily relays! Not sure which to choose? You can always upgrade from Economy (50) to Standard (150) in the Account section of the website, and we will pro-rate your purchase to how much time is left in your plan. For Premium (300) and Executive (600) plans, you can't upgrade to or between them yet, but you can contact our support team, and we'll find a work-around for you. You can also choose the length of subscription, ranging from just a month to five years with the Standard Plan. And if your subscription is expiring, you can easily extend it, also in the Account section on our website. The pricing for the Business Plan is as follows:

Family Plan

Whether you have a real family, a family of friends, or a family of email addresses, you'll want each member of that family to be able to send email reliably. That's why we came up with the Family Plan, which lets your group share an account for less! The only stipulation is: it's for personal use only, rather than business. If that's not a problem for you, then you can sign up for up to three email addresses, with 30 daily relays for each address, for less than $1/address/month! The pricing for the Family Plan is as follows:
